If you don't have any children or pregnant women living in your apartment, can you opt out of the program?Has anyone here had any experience with this? I would hate to relocate.

I am scheduled for mold removal mainly in my bathroom. Does anyone know from experience what will be done exactly? do I have to leave my apartment while its done? how long does it take?
