Is 23 and me a scam I got African Icelandic Amazonian indigenous

I feel like 23 and me is a weird thing. I got African admixtures and indigenous admixture. I come from a big Sicilian american family. My dad found his real parents he was lead to believe he was just Italian, lo and behold his paternal father was from Puerto Rico and his mother was Italian Ukrainian. My mom is 100% Sicilian her family passed through the Statue of Liberty. But yeah I’m just trying to figure out if it’s like wacky or not.
