I got this email a day after, and I don't have my official results, is this a false flag?

I know it says I passed, but I just wanna know if anyone has had a similar experience.

Just finished at 87 questions. I feel like I failed.

I just finished my NCLEX-PN exam and a bit of it I felt confident, but I still feel like I failed.
