I'm on week 8-9 and titrating up very slowly due to some side effects even at 0.5 mg so I just started 2 mg this week. I was getting concerned but understood it was a long term benefit (brown fat burning to better insulin sensitivity) that I was seeking. I can feel some internal shifting such as less bloat and fat burning around hips and stomach. I look forward to weeks 9-15 where I'm hoping that I see some demonstrable and noticeable changes.
