Injury on lower gums

I was brushing my teeth when my hand accidentally slipped and ended up taking off a good chunk of my gums. The area now has a canker sore but i realized that part of my tooth is exposed as a result of the injury. Will this area grow back? Or do i need a gum graft ?

Hello everyone, i just came to rant and maybe get a bit of advice. I am an ASA that has about 5 years of experience in the USA. I believe that in general, i have very strong experience/projects that has allowed me to compete for management level jobs that typically require an FSA.

Within the last few months, I secured a management level position that is quite demanding where i work with various stakeholders from actuarial, finance and technology to build internal financial reporting solutions for our company.

However, i live in constant fear that one mess up will cost me my job. No one has ever told me he been doing a bad job, instead they’ve said that I’m a very proactive person that picks up quickly and takes initiative to get the job done. I just feel like I’m in such a critical role in the department with heavy visibility that one mess up will cost me my position. Is this typically how management positions go? How can i soothe my anxieties?

Feels pretty surreal. Had my best month ever. Looking back at the progress feels crazy

Edit: even tho i think 12k at 18 isn’t crazy. I should add that my parents gave me 5k to start. So then the other 7k was through fast food work and internships
