last friday i did my first pin at 1mg. about 10 hours from then i was feeling fine, had diarrhea once but other than that i saw no problems. had work the next day and in the middle of my shift nausea hit my body like crazy. i had eaten a light meal to keep the nausea at bay but didnt seem to work (yes ive been keeping hydrated throughout the day) ended up throwing up at work and felt the nauseous simmer down but as my shift was coming to an end i had fever like symptoms and my nausea was awful i started to dissociate like crazy ended up going home early trying not to vomit on my way home but made it. as soon as i got home i could not stop projectile vomiting everywhere and was at the point where i could not eat a thing and everytime i drank water i threw up immediately i was extremely dehydrated and felt like i was going to pass out. in the span of 4 hours i threw up over 24 times which at the point i was just throwing up yellow bile ended up going to the er because i felt like i was gonna die at that point told er doctors i tried reta they gave me a liquid iv and some nausea medicine which did help but thoughts on the situation? anything could be help (please be kind first time posting and extremely embarrassed on the whole situation) just looking for some advice and input thank you.
