Vehicle Context:

• Model: 2016 Toyota Aqua (NHP10 / 1.5L Hybrid)
• Mileage: 160,000 km
• Battery: Recently upgraded to Lithium

The Problem: The car is feeling extremely sluggish and "heavy." My fuel average has dropped from a usual 22–23 km/L down to 10.32 km/L.

Current Technical OBD Data:

• Long Term Fuel Trim (LTFT): -20.31% (fluctuates between -14% and -21%)
• Engine Load: 94.12% at only 74 km/h (motorway cruising)
• Commanded Evaporative Purge: 85.88%
• MAF Sensor: Recently cleaned with dedicated cleaner

DIY Diagnostics Performed:

1. Purge Valve (PN: 90910-12276): I removed it and performed a "blow test" while unplugged. It is normally closed and held vacuum perfectly. No charcoal debris was found inside the valve.
