BDO AMEX Blue to AMEX Explorer
Hello! I just want to ask on how to upgrade from Amex Blue to AMEX Explorer, I have 160k credit limit. Should I call BDO hotline and ask for a request? Or apply thru BDO website like other new applicants do?
