Hi! Need some advice. I ordered an air cooler from a brand called Tixx. Around 1,299 pesos for 10L (with vouchers). Never had a problem ever using vouchers for big purchases. In my account to ship na sya. However, nagmessage yung seller na may error sa system nila, ako daw magcancel. I read here na they are sending that para di sila mapenalty. Ok lang naman sa akin to cancel on my end, but worry ko is baka ako yung mapenalty and/or pahirapan ang refund dispute since I paid for it via credit card. Any advice? Should i ignore nalang ba?
