Came across an apartment in Azizi Mina, Palm Jumeirah. The unit has a great views and is kind of shielded from from the ongoing construction and another empty plot.
I am curious as the properties in the building are priced significantly lower than others on the crescent. I get a bit of reputation discount but the quoted price diff vs others is almost 40%(1.9M vs 3M).
Would love to hear from anyone who has lived there, invested, or evaluated. Any red flags, build issues, or reasons for the pricing gap?
