Have been trying to submit a claim for compensation due to the pilot strikes for two weeks already but the form keeps showing up as an error when I hit 'send' - it just says to try again in a minute. Have tried google chrome and safari.

Have also called, they told me to send an email. No response. Called again, insisted, still no clear answer, told me to send another email. I'm fed up, anyone know what we could do?
