complaint about ReadyPrint/Flex
I cannot believe and certainly reject any use of Epson's ReadyPrint service. The service is unacceptable. It is virtually impossible to correct a mistake by them. Totally inflexible. And unless sorted out, the printer is totally unusable. Not the way to do business if you want to retain customers. Have been using Epson for over 20 years and this inability to get things sorted out is useless. The best answer is to scrap the printer and simply throw it away and never ever go near any ReadyPrint service. It's like being under a police state when the user has no control and Epson has it all. Avoid like the plague.
