32 YO on non hormonal IUD birth control. I recently started getting really bad breakouts before my periods almost only above my lip. The active breakout goes away then it leaves these bumps under my skin. The rest of my face is clear. I haven’t tried to squeeze them— afraid to. How do I manage these? Get the bumps to go away? Lighten this spot?
