I just got hired at Lowe’s for seasonal (May until September) and it’s 17.50 an hour vs my current (soon old) job TJ Maxx 15.92 an hour with annoying managers and a measly 10 hours a week. I’m trying to save up for a car and work atleast 35 hours at Lowe’s and save every penny. Im 19 and in college and live with my mom so rent and other expenses aren’t a worry. I am reading that a-lot of people didn’t have good experiences working here but off a first impression the management and coworkers look pretty chill. Did I make the right choice working here? Im excited for the opportunity and I hope it’s not as bad as the internet makes it seem.
