My relapsed alcoholic ex just reached out after not hearing from him for a month requesting to return my key and pick up an item or two he left behind this Sunday.

I told him no and that I have nothing belonging to him in my home.

He said that's bull**** and that I am "f****ing around and going to find out.

I feel very threatened. This is someone who seems desperate at the best of times.

I've never had to really deal with this type of situation before with someone with a substance use disorder..

What are they capable of? I do not want him anywhere near me is why I said no.
