What are the things you wish you said to your hrt dr. after 3 months. I know some might have had great result after 3 months.. so this post might not be for you and i am more then happy for you all and wish I had the same.

I 32y/o am having a conversation with my supervisor and prescriber for my hrt tomorrow i been on it for 3 months now but there has been very minimal changes and my estrogen levels is around 140 on my last blood results i doubled my dose after mailcontact with the dr. From 2x 2mg tablets to 2x2 2mg tablets. I still am in hopes i can use more if possible my Testosterone is fully surpressed so thats okay.. any tips on things I could say. 💕

I forgot to say i also use progesterone 2 tablets each night since day 1

After months of walking around with this i finally told my parents im on hormones! I was waiting and waiting and doing so much things badly or forgetting stuff because it was on my mind 247.. But they replied super kind and accepting i wish i told them earlier i know im very lucky with this and if you had a worse experience i feel sorry for you :( i was also super scared for a bad reaction so i understand its something really big for everyone going trough it. Just here to vent for who ever reads it haha I had to let it of my mind if you are reading I hope you are doing great today and have a wonderfull sunday ☀️💓 love
