Where do i start? (dev to jr. pm)
Problem/Goal: transition to junior pm (and eventually pm and PMP) from frontend dev
hello, baka makita to ng mga kaibigan ko since im vocal naman about my current situation hehe.
for context im a frontend dev for almost 3 yrs now. ive taken leadership roles naman as a dev, even before nung hs and college. parang nature ko na. nag comsci lang ako kasi no choice na, di na rin nakapag shift since nagpandemic hassle. na enjoy ko naman yung work sa dev since masaya rin work env, but ngayon di na gano since ramdam ko na di n aligned sa gusto kong tahakin in the future. im actively looking for jr pm roles.
previous attempts, ive taken dev responsibilities but i framed it already na aligned sa tasks ng jr pm, got certifications sa udemy and taking courses online. still leads sa mga internal meetings sa dev
