Found this green coated metal “thingy”. It stands well on its own, the base loop fits around larger flower pots and other cylindrical objects, and it’s unclear if the top “hook” part is broken or not.

I used it last year as a hanger for a flower pot, but the shallowness of the hook meant it fell easily. There is a tiny fleck of some green coating on the tip of the hook, leading me to think it is not broken.. but then there’s a sharp metal “lip” on the end too. Conflicting signs.

The internet has turned up nothing similar, and Google seems to think it’s a Shepard’s Hook Stand. Not possible with the hook like this, if it’s unbroken.
