I have a lower back issue that I was hoping GLOW/KLOW might help me out with. Unfortunately, what I've found with both is that it does the opposite and causes major sciatica flareups with bad nerve pain shooting down one or both of my legs.

I haven't seen any real reason why that'd be happening and would appreciate any advice as to the cause and other options to try.
