I sold an item online, and had to ship it. So I grabbed a medium box from Lowe’s, which has the dimension clearly printed on the box itself and in its online description of ,”Lowe's 18-in W x 16-in H x 18-in D Classic Medium Cardboard Moving Box with Handle Holes”, so I felt pretty confident about the size when I used the UPS online shipping tool. Fast forward to today when I received an email from UPS saying they had to charge me more than originally charged to my PayPal because ,”Audited Dimensions = 19** x 19 x 16 in
Customer Entered Dimensions = 18 **x 18 x 16 in”

I’d just like to know if I should send UPS or Lowe’s a new tape measure for their use.
