I've had my Intex PureSpa (86" diameter) for 4 years now with few problems. We're just setting it up for the season now, and this is what's happening: My husband attached the hoses as usual, fine. We cleaned everything, the spa looks great. Time to fill it with water. It fills less than two inches (with a garden hose), and then it doesn't fill anymore! We have looked everywhere and we cannot find a leak (of course this would be the obvious answer). The valve on the spa floor is closed tightly so water is not leaking out there. Same with the outlet on the outside, lower area, near where the hoses are. There is no water that we can see coming out of the spa; there is no "current," that is, the water is not trying to flow toward any place that would then be identified as a leak. We don't see any puddles of water outside the tub. We had the hose on for at least an hour. Then we tried it again, the height of the water did not increase. We then turned the hose off to see if any water escaped when it was just sitting there, and no, it's maintaining this VERY low level. I took a picture although I don't think you're going to see anything interesting! Does anyone have ANY ideas about what might be happening?? It's spooky and confounding and we don't know what to do!
