[Hobby] Building a TCG world, and I’m looking for artists who want to help shape its visual identity with me.
Hi! I’m currently developing an indie passion-project trading card game called Guidance Card Labyrinth Runners (Labyrun for short). It’s an anime-inspired fantasy TCG centered around emotional storytelling, unique faction identities, and powerful creature designs inspired by classic card games and adventure series. The world includes six major factions — Brave, Pure, Hopeful, Wise, Intelligent, and Fearsome — each with its own visual themes, creatures, and atmosphere.
Right now, the project is in its early prototype stage, and I’m looking for artists interested in helping shape the game's visual identity through card illustrations, character concepts, creature designs, and faction artwork. This project is currently unfunded, so I want to be fully transparent that there is no budget at this time. However, all artists will receive full credit for their work and are completely free to showcase their illustrations in portfolios or commission galleries.
I’m building detailed art briefs, faction style guides, and visual reference boards to help keep the project organized and artist-friendly. The goal is to create a small but polished starter set first before expanding further. If the concept sounds interesting to you, I’d love to share sample card ideas and hear your thoughts!
