Hey yall. To cut to the chase, I was wondering what experiences yall have to gain better cardio? I’ve switched up workouts and diet trying to find a way to increase my cardio and it’s been a very long year and some change. I’m trying to run a consistent sub 6 mile (a few weeks ago I ran a 615, back in December a 6 flat. Right now can’t pass 630-645) and trying to keep a 630 or below pace for my 2-3 mile runs. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated 🙏
