Hi all

I had a package sent to me from London on April 21 with clothes and shoes inside, very basic. Priority package through Royal Mail that made its way to NYC by April 23 and made it out of customs to the regional facility in Jamaica at 11:57PM.

Since then it’s been stuck at this since and I haven’t really been able to receive any decent info. I filed a missing package claim through royal mail and a missing package claim on the USPS side. Neither have been much help and calling the regional facility hasn’t done anything at all.

Any idea on what’s going on? Anybody ever dealt with this? Would like to at least be refunded for the cost of the items at most if it’s a lost cause. Thanks for your help
