
Cut my 5K from 23:11 last January 18 to 22:17 using Norwegian-style sub-threshold training, no classic 5K-specific intervals. No all-out threshold days. Just consistent sub-threshold work week after week.
- 23:11 Time Trial Summary - @ 3km ramdam na yung kakulangan sa aerobic base, Heavy legs @ 4km, and cannot kick at the last 200 meters
- 22:17 Time Trial Summary - Significant Improvement @ 4.5km doon ko pa lang naramdaman bigat ng breathing at legs, Controlled Pace + can kick at the last 200 meters.
