Like title says wondering if anyone has any leads on a 2 or 3 bedroom fixer upper home for sale under 300k in or around Wilmington.

Father of 3, sole provider and having a tough time seeing/putting offer in on a house around here (fixer upper) before im assuming some contractor scoops in and takes it to flip it.

Any help or leads at all would be appreciated.
