Looking for a long-term landscaper in Leland, NC (not just mowing, ownership mindset)

I’m looking for a small/local landscaper who wants to take real ownership of a property long-term, not just a basic mow-and-go service.

I have a ~2.5-year-old home in Leland. The yard is in decent shape, but I want someone who can elevate it and keep it looking great year-round without me having to micromanage.

What I’m looking for:
- Keep the lawn thick, healthy, and dialed in (fertilization, weed control, etc.)
- Maintain and improve plant beds
- Replace plants/shrubs if they die (with better choices for this area)
- Refresh mulch/pine straw as needed
- Make proactive suggestions to improve the overall look
- Adjust irrigation as needed

What I value:
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a property look great
- A long-term relationship (not a one-off job)
- Good communication — just run ideas by me before making changes

I’m NOT looking for the cheapest option — I’m happy to pay fairly for someone who treats this like their own project.

If this sounds like you (or someone you’d recommend), comment or DM me.
