Sibling co ownership

Classic case of three sibling unable to buy solo, wanting to pool our resources rather than keep renting

Initially thinking 5-10 years investment

Wanting advice around a pre agreed method of splitting the money at the end

Siblings putting in different deposit amounts, with one sibling paying the mortgage rather than contributing to the deposit

I am the sibling with no deposit but oay around $900 a week in rent in Auckland so figure that may as well be going toward a family asset

Thank you

Random post - hand me down etiquette

This is not the first time we have been offered hand me downs and the giver has made it questionable whether theyre for free or not 😆😅 ahh! I mostly always give and if im selling I just list to strangers on marketplace etc.

I have asked because communication is key and im not a weirdo but I dont wanna have to!

This time it's a school mum i bought a helmet off who asked the kids sizes and whether I want in hand me downs. What would you assume?

Today after thinking my NP would size up their babies diaper any time now for months I finally mentioned it 😆

These diapers are holding on for dear life, every poop either smears the back on his vest or is borderline and the tabs are basically at his hips 😆 DB reacted fine to the suggestion but now because I have had one too many bad NPs I'm overthinking whether it was really my place to suggest this given that I only look after him a few times per week.

Oh the joys. Would you bring this up or leave it to them?
