Hi everyone! I (27 F) was just diagnosed with PCOS the other week. Up until February of this year my periods have always been regular (31 or 32 day cycles). Since February I’ve only had very light brown spotting (like only when I would wipe). I did have a very stressful few months from December- March which I thought could have been the cause. My CRNP saw me and had me do bloodwork and ultrasounds. My bloodwork looked great except for a level of 78 for Testosterone and elevated LH. My ultrasounds looked good, but they did find a “string of pearls.” I don’t struggle with weight loss or acne, but I do get some chin hairs that I have to pluck (I’ve done this for years now though). My CRNP said she wants me to take Wholesome Story’s Myo & D-Chiro Inositol, and if my period doesn’t return within 3 months she will give me Provera. She also has PCOS and swears that this helped her get pregnant.

Has anyone had personal success with this med? If so, what improvements did you see and when did you notice any improvements? I’m trying to conceive, and I am so nervous that I won’t be able to conceive naturally.
