It used to be for small things Uber eats would give instant refunds. Last week an item was missing in my bag and it lets me report but not get a refund. I was like okay weird. But whatever.

Today I didn't get me drunk and reported it as missing item and it just said "were sorry about that". Nothing else. You can clearly see no drink in drop off photo.

Did Uber eats just pull small refunds entirely for missing items now?
