I would like to hear from those who buy European brands. I used once Sunday natural for a large order but actually never tested if my blood values changed. And I hear now that they are sheit when it comes to quality. The good thing about them is the wide range of their product offer. I need cdp choline, magnesium threonate and vegan omega among many others

Ive always had this stabbing pain/ uncomfortable weird feeling in my belly to my groin every time I slightly poked my belly button. A year ago I got a tick in my belly button and wasn’t able to remove it properly therefore needed a small surgical aid.  He (doctor) cut off a tiny bit of my belly button with the remnants of the tick and since then I can’t get rid of that unbearable weird sensation inside my belly/ urethra/genitals with an occasional stabbing pain and my belly feels contracted at all times. Is it even possible that doctor pinched the nerve endings on the skin and these are the symptoms I will live with ? 

Have arrived to France for the summer and hear the info that growkits are being seized in shipping. I am panicking because I need continuing doing mushrooms for my severe ptsd and was scared to mail my mushrooms over here as well. Anyone has some tips ?

I have been using mushrooms for severe ptsd and it’s been so helpful- I have the access to someone really diligent who grows mezatapec for me and it’s been amazing progress, first time in my life seeing some relief out of the constant help. However I need to move countries (within EU) and I wonder if I can ship the shrooms in the regular mail
