I just moved from the US to Canada and ordered some AE shoes as a customer for over 10 years.

In the US, returns were free, but there was a $25 restocking fee for Factory Seconds, which isn't great but acceptable. None of the AE shoes I ordered this time fit, so I went to return them like usual and was shocked to find out that the restocking fee also applies to AE in Canada. Is this a regional thing, or did AE change their policy?

Has anyone else been in this situation and gotten AE to waive the restocking fee?
