I rebuilt my system using the motherboard/CPU/RAM/GPU from an HP prebuilt.

Now every time I boot, all fans instantly run at 100% and the BIOS won’t let me change the fan curve. The BIOS is super barebones and doesn’t detect any of the fans (CPU or case).

I was told this is because the HP OEM board doesn’t support normal fan control. The only internal USB header is used by the Wi‑Fi card, so I can’t plug in a fan hub.

Should I buy a new LGA1200 motherboard, or is there a workaround?
