Just purchased and assembled a FlexiSpot E7 Plus. Before mounting my top onto it I wanted to check the functionality, glad I did. First it was hitting safety stops when raising/lowering, so I'm assuming something is binding but I can't see anything wrong. Turning the safety stops off (A-0) it now raises/lowers without an issue. Of main concern is the wobble of one of the motors which might be the cause of the safety stop triggers at A1 (lowest sensitivity).
Anyone have any suggestions before I reach out to Flexispot support?
UPDATE:
So I disassembled everything and tested just the legs themselves. Holding them vertically with no weight on them, I did a reset, and then tried to raise them. I still hit the safety stops even on A-1 with no load at all besides the weight of the motors themselves. Now weirdly I laid them down and tried it, and it worked, didn't hit any safety stop at A-1, 2, or 3. The really wobbly motor is still there though even without the driveshaft for the other leg connected.
