after 3 weeks of not fapping finally did it today.. and i feel so terrible rn , feels ultra exhausted

feels like all the progress is gone.. can't believe it's just gone and rn I need a lot of patients to get that back.. but I don't think my mental health is okay rn, would love to hear kind words and help me out, thank you.
