Hiring: Real Estate Acquisition Intern (Commercial Spaces) – Salon Franchise Expansion
We are a fast-growing salon franchise based out of Hyderabad, actively expanding across prime locations. We already have investors ready to fund new outlets , the only missing piece is the right commercial space.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven intern who can help us identify and secure commercial rental spaces for new salon outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify high potential commercial shops/retail spaces in target areas
Connect with property owners, brokers, and agents
Source “To-Let” properties and evaluate suitability for salon setup
Negotiate rental terms and assist in closing deals
Maintain a pipeline of available properties and daily updates
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Street-smart, proactive approach (this is a field heavy role)
Ability to network with brokers and local property owners
Hustler mindset , someone who can get things done
