I've completed 6 loading doses over 2 weeks and I'm feeling alright, all the mental health anxiety/panic has gone apart for a little blip 3rd dose (surge of panic like im about to be run down by a train)

I'm on 3 monthly injections for life now but they said come back earlier if symptoms returned - they will. I dont want to find out, I'm tired and I've been unwell for 4 years. Dr's don't want me supplementing myself but I do have supplements here - should I take them? I have so little trust in NHS Dr's/guidelines ect
