Best PSU for RX 7600? And should I replace my case too?

I’m planning to upgrade my PC soon and wanted some advice before buying parts.

Current specs:

Ryzen 5 5600G

Gigabyte A520M S2H

16GB (2x8GB) DDR4

currently using Vega 7 integrated graphics

I live in Brazil and my budget for the upgrade is around R$2000–3000 total (roughly USD $350–550 over time).

My main plan is getting an RX 7600 (around R$1400–1600 / USD $250–290 here), but I’m still deciding a few things.

First: what would be the best PSU choice in terms of:

safety/reliability

good components

value for the money

enough headroom without overspending

I’m also unsure how many watts I actually need for this setup.

Would a good 550W PSU already be enough, or is it smarter to go for 650W?

My current PSU is very old and sketchy:

“Total Output Maximum”: 450W

“Real Output”: 200W

so I definitely plan to replace it before getting a GPU.

I’ve seen recommendations for:

MSI MAG A650BN

Corsair CX650

Cooler Master MWE

XPG Pylon

but I’m not sure which ones are currently the best/least risky options.

Also: is the RX 7600 still the best value upgrade for this kind of setup, or is there a better option around the same price range?

Another thing: my current case is an old office-style case with very limited airflow (basically only a side opening). Would it be fine to keep it with a dual-fan RX 7600, or should I replace the case too?

I’m trying to balance:

good thermals

low risk

and overall cost-benefit

Any advice or recommendations would help a lot.
