Had Bermuda installed last summer here in the Atlanta area. This dead spot didn’t come back from dormancy. I’ve been watering through the recent mini-drought we’ve had, and it’s shrinking, but slowly.

It’s odd to me that the grass next to the driveway did better than the middle of the lawn.

I’m wondering if I should sand it, as it’s pretty hard and lumpy, or if I’m missing some other obvious solution.

I currently have the Luba mini AWD, and am considering upgrading to the 2, primarily for the lidar. Right now it will ride with one wheel on the border and gets stuck, so I stopped the border lap on this zone.

That’s fine, but not ideal. But more annoyingly, sometimes even in normal laps these rocks get pulled away if the bumper is too high, or it hits at just the wrong angle.

What are the chances that the Lidar will: A) allow me to do border laps again, and B) stop dislodging the border rocks?
