Hello everyone, I'm really new to this subreddit but once I started reading all of your stories I got hit immediately.

I've been feeling like an empty shell for 1 or 2 years now. This is my first proper job and I'm a software developer in a small company in Italy. The work environment is... nice? I can't complain thankfully.

I think that's actually the problem: I can't complain. Everything is just so mediocre that it's hard to find REAL big problems with my job that gives me the proper boost to leave and find a new job. I hate this mediocrity and this sense of stillness. I want to change things, I don't want to live the rest of my life in a 8-5 job where my only goal is to make more money for people on top of me!!

I've been thinking what new career to try out. My biggest hobby is definitely Magic The Gathering and D&D (yeah, pretty nerd).

It's hard to find something regarding those two and coding but I'd love to hear some ideas!
