Routine for Tuesday and Saturday (leg day)
Nothings really definite cause I choose weight off vibes tbh
Warmup:
10 minutes of cycling with varying resistance to get my heart rate between 160-180bpm with a 5 minute cooldown to lower back to around 120bpm
Workout:
Machine Horizontal Leg press 3x8 about 160-180lbs and then another 2x8 where the weight increases at least like 10lbs
ISO Leg extensions 5x8 35lbs on each leg so 10x8 in total
Seated leg curl machine 3x8 with about 70lbs and then ramp up to 2x8 85
Standing calf raise machine 3x8 130-140lbs
Hip abductions 5x8 with 100-120lbs
Hip adductions 5x8 with 75-100lbs
(These 2 hip exercises are machines on the same axis so I’m pretty sure my right leg is dominant so please give me tips)
Glute drive 3x8 with 50lbs???
Thursday and Sunday (arm day)
3x8 machine arm extension with 45lb warmup
5x8 machine arm extension with about 70-80lbs workout
3x8 preacher curl 10lbs warmup
5x8 preacher curl 20lbs workout
5x8 20lb shoulder press

Wednesday (torso day)
1km of shivering my Timbers (rows) I like listening to shanty’s while doing this warmup
5x8 ISO machine rows with like maybe 40lbs?
5x8 diverging lat pulldowns 30lbs?
5x8 chest press with 30lbs
Another attempt at bench
2x1 minute planks
5x8 ab crunch machine with 70lbs
3x8 kettle bell side bends on each side 12lbs
