I had ordered a pair of shoes (kozasko) from Myntra. It was on sale, after the offer I got them at 10800. Then there was a size mismatch when I received the order. Tried to exchange but they said, the price has increased so I have to reorder. I returned the order and reordered at 11400. Then after two weeks of delivery time mentioned it was delayed. Reached out to customer care they said to wait for 4 days more. I tried cancelling, then it said cancellation is on hold from seller. Now the price has increased again to 12500. Is kozasko a fraud or myntra?
