Has anybody ever noticed in season 1 specifically episode 2, The scene towards the end were Merle is still handcuffed to the roof and the gang is all scrambling to escape the building and get in the box truck that Glenn and Rick just stole, and T Dog just is having the dilemma of leaving Merle on the roof, where he falls and drops the handcuff key down the drain, at different cutaway shots he can be seen holding his arm against his torso, even blood, as well as facial expressions as if he's injured like he cut his forearm like he does on the car later in the season?
You can specifically see different shots where he's running down the stairs clutching his arm against his torso, as if trying to stop the bleeding or injured, just as he does later in the season where he catches his arm on the car door as the walkers are walking down the freeway, where he slices his arm real bad and blood squirts out and starts to bleed out before Darrell finds him and protects him. I often wonder if this was some sort of editing or missed editing error on the creators end of The walking Dead. It's like they planned on having him possibly injure his forearm in the one of two scenarios, either in the initial building they were trying to escape, or on the car door and ended up using shots by accident as if he injured himself in the building rather than the car door by mistake. If you remember, that was the precursor to Dale tilling Glen that they need to get T-Dog some help cause he has a very serious blood infection from cutting his arm on the car door, and the reason he needs to go find Herschel's farm and reunite with the rest of the gang for season 2. Another good example is when they just make it in the back of the truck as they're escaping the building, and T-Dog can be seen wincing in pain and some blood on his shirt, then the camera cuts away and comes back to him saying that he "dropped the damn key" looking normal, only for it to cut back to him again wincing in pain and the blood is back on his shirt.
