I've seen a couple people talking about how Sturgia has been left in the lurch a little now that the niche of 'best infantry' has been passed to the Nords. Perhaps they're not unusably bad, but personally it's current iteration doesn't feel like it has a very distinct play style or identity.

I think their heavy calvary should be moved to their normal troop tree, and Sturgia should get a noble skirmisher infantry with two hundred throwing skill instead. The two best throwing units are a non noble troop(wildings) and the Aserai noble javelin calvary, so this would give Sturgia the best troop in a niche that doesn't currently have noble representation.
