Ok so basically I'm autistic with rly bad sensory issues relating to sound but I also have really sensitive ears(literally, forgot there was a figurative thing there)(autism be like✨️) and simply cannot tolerate things touching the inside of my ears. In addition, the pressure on my skull from overhead type headphones hurts and gives me sensory issues as well.

I cannot wear earbuds at all due to sensory issues so all I have is normal headphones which I cannot wear for extended time periods and sometimes cannot wear, it varies.

Any tips or recommendations on good sound muffling thing that is lightweight and doesn't touch the inside of the ear? Preferably cheep but I'm desperate enough for the pricey stuff lol
