jesus christ its ruining my mental health. im terrified, im sinking deeper into depression, i keep watching shit thats more and more gross and i cant handle it. i want to puke at the person im becoming. its vile but i dont know what to do. i cant do this anymore. im at the end of my rope and i know im going to relapse by the end of the day. god help me.
