I don't even reply, or acknowledge what she sends. In fact I have told her to stop sending me things, but she doesn't. Sending videos and posts on how to treat a wife/mother, or on narcissists or how to improve marriages, but doesn't do any of the things herself, doesn't recognize the things she does that bother me in those very videos, and acts as if she is innocent and lacks accountability in everyway. IT is constant attempts to break me down, push me down, lay blame on me, shift everything to be blamed on me, yet thinks I am going to fall for her manipulations, control and attempts at shitty agreements on coparenting.
Anyone else get constant "advice" from their narc spouse, who doesn't change their own actions or behavior?
