I’m moving to Dubai soon for work and looking for a 1BHK apartment (open to a studio if it’s a really good option). My office is in DIFC, so I’m prioritizing areas with easy access to the metro (walking distance to a Red Line station is important)

Budget: AED 4,000 – 6,000/month

Move-in: end of May

Preference: Furnished apartment, well-maintained building, safe area

Ideally: Rent that includes bills (DEWA/WiFi)

Ready to move quickly if it’s a good fit.
