Please congratulate me, tell me I’m an idiot or share your experiences with your cold plunge (even better if you have a Viking xl) and wish me luck on trying to manage my shoulder arthritis pain.

I’ve been dealing with shoulder arthritis and I’ve been thinking of getting a cold plunge. Has anyone had experience or results of helping your shoulder arthritis?
