Just recieved an email that my marks are being witheld pending investigation for suspected misconduct. Im freaking out because i wrote my essay myself, does this email mean that there will be something found???? Is there anything i can do to rebut this?

Hej! I am an aussie exchange student who is hopefully coming to lund in jan 2027! would love to know some information on the nightlife and social life of lund, as this is something i am looking for, considering Australia's nightlife and social life is pretty shit.

Also wondering what the temperatures and weather is like during this semester period?
